Problems With Client Check Result

Hi everybody
 
Im new in sccm 2012 and Have problems with some clients because they have instaled the SCCM client but in the client Check Result field appears the word FAILED, the clients hardware scan is up to date can somebody tell me the steps to correct this problem with the client check result
